Due to the popularity of our unit and our great rates, we suggest you book early. Rates are provided as a guide and are subject to change. Actual quotes may be lower for specific stays.

Rental Information

Our courteous management staff is on site seven days per week to assist you with your reservations and your needs during your vacation visit. You will find they are very helpful and accommodating with your check-in. The staff is also very knowledgeable about the area restaurants, entertainment offerings and attractions to make your vacation complete.

• We normally only accept Saturday to Saturday rentals
• We kindly request a maximum of seven guests
• A reservation deposit (non-refundable) of $350 (per week) will be required within five days of booking to confirm a reservation with full payment due at least 30 days prior to beginning of stay
• Personal checks are welcome, and we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express
• Receive a 5% discount for stays of four weeks or longer
• A departure fee of $130.00 will be charged for cleaning and room preparation services
• A state and county tax of 12% will be added to the rental fee
• An additional $175 is required for the week of the 4th of July
• To ensure the comfort of other guests, our unit has been designated as non-smoking
